Cancellations: A $10 bookkeeping fee will be
charged for cancellations made 7 days before

ABOUT OUR RATES
Rates for two guests range from $95 to $195 a night depending on time of week, season and the accommodation desired-plus applicable taxes. Included in these rates is our complete gourmet breakfast. Cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa are accepted.

CANCELLATIONS:
We will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $10 processing fee, if we know of your change in plans 10 or more days in advance of your arrival.
Sun Pointe Beach House - The gated, winding driveway opens onto a spectacular vista of 15 acres of private land fronted by 700 feet of incredible low-bank Hood Canal waterfront. The Beach House provides all the amenities of a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and capitalizes on the water view.
Living Room Interior - The large sectional, fireplace and sliding glass doors make the living room the gathering place.
Master Bedroom - A private retreat with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, king bed, and doors facing the water.
The Flamingo Room - Features a queen bed and sitting area.
The Guppy Room - Twin beds.
Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. The kitchen opens on to the patio which includes gas barbeque, patio table & chairs, and hot tub.
High Season (Memorial Day - September 30th and Holiday weekends) = $450 per night. $2625 per week.
Off-Season (October 1 - up to Memorial Day)= $320 per night. $1995 per week
